We are a national, independent life insurance organization expanding across the U.S. We specialize in helping licensed producers and leaders build real ownership , not just sell policies.

This opportunity is 100% remote , commission-based (1099) , and designed for producers who want:

• Higher compensation

• A clear path to leadership or agency ownership

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients (virtually or in person) to provide life insurance solutions

• Work with warm leads and referral-based systems (no cold calling required)

• Build long-term client relationships

• For qualified candidates: recruit, train, and mentor agents

• Grow into leadership and agency ownership (optional but available)

Compensation & Growth

• Commission-based pay with performance bonuses

• Active or obtainable Life Insurance License (state-specific)
